Was sold a rotini salad in place of macaroni salad and it was bad/foul. The store refused to exchange it for macaroni salad and/or refund me my money. So I’m out almost $10 for a rotten pasta salad. I refuse to shop here anymore. Guess I’ll buy my meats elsewhere. Terrible customer service on their part that’s for sure. 👎🏼

The pasta salad in question was purchased on Monday and returned three days later. Even with the product being out of the store for that duration, the salad met all quality standards and the management team found absolutely no quality issues. Multiple managers inspected other product in store as well and concluded that everything is in great condition. poor service & bad policy at meat/fish counter. Poor service is specifically at the butcher counter. guy behind meat counter (thin, beard) was rude, unhelpful. I literally asked him if he doesn't want to sell meat, tell me and I will leave. Lots of eye rolling from him. Went back weeks later to buy fish. Was told I could only buy 1/2 or whole fillet of salmon. The 1/2 available was brown and rotten looking. Guy gave me a really hard time about cutting another fillet in half. My mom has lived and shopped there for 20years today she was treated unfairly and heard racist slurs (Hispanic) from a cashier. Very disappointing.
