All staff are well versed in products or they find the answer and customer service is flawlessly executed in a dozen different ways each trip. The meat cutters don't just know their products, they also have great tips on cooking techniques. This is the type place our elders would admire instead of complaining about things being better in their day. And no, it's not expensive if you know how to shop and cook.. the quality of ingredients offered here under one roof is extensive and worth the prices.
