I took the work they did was good but it’s sad that you pay $7,000 for a new porch and they can’t even sand and stain the porch leave it looking unfinished. Defiantly not what I was expectingÂ

Don’t bother unless you want a 50-year roof. I have a leak and was quite clear on the phone that I can only afford a patch. Jason came out for over an hour, sent me a bunch of pictures (none of the leak, mind you), and never bothered to send an estimate. That was 3 weeks ago. I guess a patch job wasn’t worth their time.Â

They were thorough in diagnosing the problem, estimating the work and letting me know exactly what was wrong and how they planned to repair it. Requested a quote for a garage a couple of months ago. They came out to our home, had the concrete people come out, and had me go to the county to get the plat map of our property. My husband and I have called several times to check the status of the quote and no one will call us back. If you weren’t interested in our business, letting us know up front would have been great instead of telling us there has to be meetings with the electrician and we will receive a call and still no call.Â
