I reached out on a Saturday with an urgent issue, and he got back to me by Sunday evening—that alone was a huge relief as I wasn’t expecting a response until Monday at the earliest. Wasted My Time and Misrepresented the Law I came to this attorney with a well-documented case under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. I was upfront from the beginning that the vehicle had been traded in after the manufacturer refused to honor warranty repairs and caused significant financial harm.
