I had an appointment last week with Aaron DeBruin to secure SC POA's and have a review of my Will and Trust that is in place. Aaron was extremly pleasant and easy to talk with. In addition his paralegal, Chelsey Dill, along with Jillian Davis, assisted for the signing. This is an efficient and pleasant law firm that I have already recommended to friends.
Aaron DeBruin of the DeBruin law firm is a great attorney and helped me, my wife and mother in law with setting up our Wills, Trusts, general power of attorney’s as well as healthcare powers of attorney and other relevant legal documents. He made excellent recommendations on how to structure our trusts with different options to protect our assets and pass them to our children and grandchildren when the time comes and depending on our heirs situations. He is a true professional and knows this subject matter inside and out.
My wife and I engaged Aaron De Bruin in June 2025 to redraft our will. Aaron was proactive and helpful in making suggestions as to how we could structure our estate to facilitate passing assets to a surviving spouse or to our designated beneficiaries on both of us passing with minimal probate.
